A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Deaf Smith County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions

Deaf Smith County Criminal History does not host, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to records maintained by the Deaf Smith County Sheriff, local court clerks, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Government access remains subject to the Texas Public Information Act, while criminal-history dissemination is governed in part by Government Code Chapter 411. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search tools. Information submitted there is governed by the selected provider's privacy policy, including its retention and sharing rules. Those practices are outside this site's control, so review the provider's terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Deaf Smith County government, court systems, Texas agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's policy controls. Its terms should be reviewed before personal details are shared.
